More impressive to me was the fact Javon called to explain a potential issue to be aware of and then mentioned he wouldn’t be able to get a quote yesterday since it was a Sunday and the dealership was closed, however advised us to call him the next day as he would get a quote for us. "the oil change I requested was good. It looked like it was done right.It was just incredibly fast. When I brought my concerns to the NEW associate ringing me in (not who I started with) she couldnt be bothered ith anything I had to say. I commented on it being so quick. She just said yeah its sat. If she had given me a valid reason WHY the service was so quick I might suggest your store. However According to her it could have been a fluke for all we know. If she had said for example "when you schedule an Appointment we do our best to get you in and out fast." I might have given a better rating and highly suggested you."
