"I have been several times now. Great full body deep tissue massage. Very clean & very professional."
"I got the Groupon for 60 minute session and there was no masseuse available, they only offered me a male massage therapist and I was not comfortable with him at all. It’s sad that there was no information available online or options provided while booking the appointment. Only 2 options I was given were either pay the cancellation fees of $60 or have them use my Groupon that costed me $50. What a bad customer service, thanks for wasting my time and money I would never go back there"

"Facility was clean and welcoming however my massage ended 12 min early and was mediocre at best. I was asked what areas i wanted focused on and those were barely touched. More pressure was applied on boney areas and not on muscles on what was supposed to be a deep tissue massage. It was my birthday and my whole day was planned around the appointment. Honestly disappointed. I read great reviews and was hoping for the same experience."
"I love Ella day spa and Rachel is absolutely fantastic. She zeros in on issues going on with your body before you even tell her. I have been getting massages for 35 years and hands-down Rachel is the best masseuse I have ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment."
