"While I first thought this was such a wonderful experience they owner is very nice and tells a great story about her life, I didn't realize until after a couple days that my haircut is not what I asked for but had seemed it by the way she styled it and paying a fortune for color and you can barely tell that black or red was put in my hair. I'm very upset and disappointed and hoping she will make it right. You can see the 1st picture is a week after it was done and the 2nd picture is right after it was done, can you see the huge difference. No way having your hair dyed should it go away in a week especially paying what I paid"
