Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

"I purchased a 1 hour massage along with two add on packages, the hand and foot massages. The entire appointment lasted 45 minutes. I did not receive the 1 hour massage let alone the extras that I paid for."

"Morgan is an amazing masseuse and I will miss her. But, this place is scammy. Whatever you do, do not give them your credit card information. I had the monthly membership and had 2 months accrue where I did not use my credits so I called to see if I could use both for a couples massage with my boyfriend. I was told it was going to be a $10 charge for a credit transfer fee (billed the date of the call), okay fine. We get the massage and later that week I look at my bank statement and I see another $10 charge and a $30 charge (I tipped $20 on my card). The manager calls me back to inform that they had to charge each person a $10 fee for sharing a room.... I told her I was not informed of the extra $20 in fees otherwise I would have done separate rooms. She did not offer to waive the fees or credit my account despite me not being informed beforehand so I cancelled my membership... I was tempted to stay for Morgan but clearly this place does not understand informed consent and for that, I'm out."

"The massage therapists I've had have been really good. The spa seems clean and nice. But the front desk staff is very unprofessional and inappropriate, and prone to making mistakes."

What a wonderful experience, and the swelling has definitely gone down! Ray is amazing, and listened to me when I said the pressure was a bit much.
