"Do not come here! It took 3 hours for an oil change!! We had an appointment at 9am, they told us it would be an hour, 1 hour passed and they hadn’t even moved the car from the parking spot where we left it. Another hour passed and they said it was almost ready. Another 45 minutes later they told us it was ready if we wanted to wait outside for it just for us to stand there another 15 minutes while they went back and forth to the car, turning it on/off, all the while saying NOTHING to us about what we were waiting on. We finally left just after 12pm which is absolutely ridiculous. The reviews about them taking 3 hours for something so simple is true! Don’t waste your time like we did."

"I absolutely love the staff at this store. I always interact with Jose, Stephanie and Carlos whenever I call, and, I know they are more staff members that answer the phones but I can't remember their names right now..please forgive me(smile). However, everyone is so knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant to speak with. My technician Nestor works on both of my cars and explains all things I need to do to keep my cars in great working condition. Out of all the Pep Boys that I have had my cars serviced at, this is by far the best and again it's because of the wonderful staff and I thank you all so much. "Took my car in for a break change and it has turned into a huge headache. They still have my car since October. My car was in perfect working condition besides what we thought were breaks. They told us it was the wheel bearing and we replaced it. Since then my car no longer goes over 30 miles per hour and I'm pretty sure it has a new leak. We are waiting for the to fix what they have done but it's been months. They don't seem to make it a priority at all. In the meantime we are spending so much money renting a truck. "The worst place to service your car. After more than 3 hours waiting for the car because it had metal inside a tire, they gave me the car saying that it is ready, when I drive I realize that the tire is exactly the same, with the metal inside. And the spare one was not there. When I returned, I complained about the service and Carlos, who attended to me, had no answer about what had happened. The person who gave me the car did not know what had been delivered. They should check and not trust the mechanics, the only thing that I see is that they do is talk and don't work. Seriously more than 3 hours for a tire change! and they were not busy, the waiting room with 1 or 2 people only. Dont bring your car here!"
