"I went to this nail salon for the first time and was really excited considering it has the highest reviews in this area but it wasn't the good by any means. I do normal polish sometimes because I don't like how harsh gel is. The normal polish section looked like it hadn't been touched in forever and all of the colors were seperating inside the bottles. At this point I probably should have left, but I picked the one nail polish color I thought looked okay after shaking it. It must have been old like the rest of them though because it came out really thick and even after being very careful and waiting for my nails to dry for literally three hours the polish smeared on my nails like putty (I even chose a really light color since those usually dry faster). I also really didn't like that they don't santize the tools in between use of clients. I saw my tech use the same basket of tools on the person that was seated next to me which really kind of creeped me out and made me regret coming there even more. I kept wondering if maybe I came into the wrong nail salon and kept looking at the sign for the place but nope, this was the place I had looked up and meant to come to because of the reviews. No one was particularly nice either like I see people write in their reviews. The tech turned off the massage chair while I was using it which was awkward and when I tried to put my feet back in the hot water told me to take them out and just sit them there outside of the tub even though she was still just shaping my nails/working on my cuticles. Really weird experience and a waste of money since my nails are ruined the same day I got them done. There are plenty of better nail salons in the area and I should have just stuck to the ones I know."
