"Sara did an amazing job from the moment I booked online through the full service. She immediately reached out to me for a consultation via text. I had mentioned a video that showed the hair I wanted and she went through the reference video and photos I sent. When the receptionist called to confirm the appointment, I had a question and Sara answered it within a couple of minutes via the receptionist and texting me to follow up. I came in for my appointment and she confirmed the vision and expectations for the appointment and then got to work. I really appreciate how thorough and diligent she was throughout the whole process. She takes a lot of pride in her work and she's great to work with. "I couldn't be happier with my experience. Sara did my hair, she did a fabulous job! She listened to what I wanted, gave me advice and did exactly what I told her to achieve the result I was looking for. I had about 4 inches fresh dark grown hair, a left over faded babies highlights and I colored my hair dark a year ago so it was not easy to lighten it up and unify the color at the end but Sara pulled it off. She is a truly an expert at color and I have been to multiple other places in the past and not a lot of people know how to work on dark hair."
