"This place is predatory. You sign up for a year, they only take the money from your checking ( no credit cards), there is no canceling before the 12 months, can’t even pay for what you would owe and cancel early. I had a bad skin reaction to the fractional laser ( the procedure I had joined to get) the front staff’s response was pretty much ‘too bad, just don’t get that done, and told me to get old or the hair removal instead’ They have no confirmation system and I have shown for appointments that they said were never made. They are rude. I would never recommend this place to anyone"

"I bought 6 laser tattoo removal sessions and I just had my first one and the experience was awesome. The whole place looks really nice and clean. The staff was all friendly. They had me watch a short video on what to expect which was nice. They also put a numbing cream on before the treatment which was nice as well. She said it was gonna take about 5 seconds to do and she did it in about 3! Very quick! The pain was a lot less then what i expected. Im very excited to finish the treatments and I'll be back for more things after!"
