"We are from out of town and have had mixed results with service at our car dealerships. One of the keys for our older JX35 stopped working, so we purchased an after market key fob from Amazon. Knowing we were going to be in the Jacksonville area over the winter, we called Atlantic Infiniti & talked with Joe in service. He assured us that his technicians could likely program the new key fob for a reasonable charge. If not, we would have to get a new key fob from them, which was pretty expensive, equal to what we were quoted back home. The difference was that Joe was willing to try & confident vs. unsure and discouraging from trying the after market solution. I much appreciated his attitude & expertise. Joe is an ideal ambassador for Infiniti leaving us completely comfortable returning; perhaps even to purchase our next vehicle."

"Our 2019 QX80 was having trouble when shifted into reverse. Later the car wasn’t starting. We had the car dropped off at Atlantic Infiniti by family, while my wife and I were out of town. Yaz, the Service Advisor accepted the car in by the dealership. I spoke with him by phone n explained what was happening. His reply, “I got you”. He really did. When I got back into town a few days later, he had a loaner vehicle for us. He explained the power train was the issue n we needed a new transmission. Fortunately for us, it was completely covered by the 70,000 mile warranty. A new transmission was shipped to the dealership n during that time, we were provided with a new QX80 loaner. Yaz n Roger (Service Manager) really understood our issues n all we’re addressed. We couldn’t be happier with the 5 star service by Yaz n Atlantic Infiniti. This is what quality service is all about. "Great service and friendly atmosphere, as usual. I highly recommend you go here rather than the other Infiniti dealership/service center in the area. They didn't get to me until about 10 minutes after my appointment, but that's only because Melis, my service advisor, was answering the numerous questions the customer before me had. He made sure she was satisfied before turning his attention to me, and I think that's great. Great conversation with Melis, Rejon, and others while I waited for my oil change and tire rotation. The place was clean and polished, as usual. Extra services were mentioned but came with absolutely no pressure."

"Took in car for oil change--service advisor Tanner very on the ball--listened to what I needed done and checked. Car was taken care of, all issues addressed, clean and washed and no upsell on anything. Everyone was very professional from the person who took my car, to the service advisor to paying for the service. Overall an excellent experience and since it is backed by Infiniti leaves me feeling comfortable everything was done right."
