They have a web page with the row for each vehicle listed (no inventory for parts so you do have the potential that the item you need was already pulled.)"
"So I left my Hitachi screw gun and hat at the junkyard on a car I was pulling from today and thought it was gone for sure so I called up and talk to Cheryl and left my info and not 10 minutes later they called me back and had it in the office! "This is normally a really good place to get good auto parts for a good price, especially with their 50% off holiday sale. I'm just leaving this review to clarify that there was not proper notice given over the loud speaker at the 5:00 closing time that people still in line, who had been patiently waiting in line for half an hour, we're still able to check out. Because 5 minutes after the announcement for closing down the registers some workers came out to the end of the line to cut off stragglers, but those of us who thought we couldn't check out had set our parts aside but then we're told we couldn't get back in line even though we had witnesses to support our place at the head of the line just 2 minutes earlier. Please manage your people communication better! Thanks and Happy New Year."
