"I was looking for a place that offered infrared sauna and came across The Salt Room in Wesley Chapel. I cant say enough good things about this place and its employees. From the first time I called to find out more information about the sauna I felt like I was more than a number. The sauna is amazing, very high quality. Oh and the online booking system is great too. All employees are super helpful knowledgeable and friendly. You won’t be disappointed!"

"I absolutely love this place and the amazing staff. I feel better just stepping in the door and seeing Cynthia’s smiling face. She’s an Angel. Danielle and Monica are also wonderful making The Salt Room such a high vibe asset to our community. I came for the salt sessions (which are a fantastic experience) but I’m a regular for the sauna. The best place for detox and meditation. They have it set up so luxurious with hot/cold towels, a smart screen, and chakra balancing lighting. So grateful for this healing space!"

"I bring my son here for allergy relief. It seems to help him out. I cannot personally attest to the effects of the salt room, but I will say the place is very relaxing. Tranquil music and the glow of salt lamps combined with the soft colors create the atmosphere. While waiting for my son, I took a 30-minute nap (sitting up)on the couch in the lobby."
