"I have been doing my hair with Carola for almost 6 months. When I came to her, my hair was literally with 5 colors, one of top of the other. We started the process to undo those colors and advised me to only do 2 colors (base and partial highlights, my choice). It takes time for the hair to adjust to new colors and it takes time to build a relationship with a hair stylist. So, if you are not happy on the first day, be honest!!! I loved how my hair is under Carola's care. I trust her work and I get lots of compliments. But it is up to us too to take care of our hairs too with good products, keep it moist, and avoid other treatments that will damage your hair for sure. "DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON / I arrived at this salon and spoke to the colorist and told her that the salon was recommended to me and I told her please look at my hair, I want to achieve my color since it had been more than 10 months without getting highlights, I showed her a photo of the color that I always had and she gave me the price $550 I thought it was very expensive but if she could get my color and take care of it I had no problems paying for it, I went to the salon on December 28, 2023 I asked her for an ash blonde color, I left from the salon with a color that I didn't ask for, Carola dried and ironed me and made me curlers. So that I wouldn't see how she left my hair, she always combed my hair, dried it, ironed it, and she curled my hair with her back to the mirror. I got home and my hair looked like burnt gum and very dry, she finished work at night and I couldn't see how damaged the hair was obviously I knew it wasn't my color, I told her I liked it but my face said so. contrary and she perceived it since she told me if you don't like it, come back and I'll fix it, the next day I had to travel for the holidays, I washed my hair, it was very ugly and hard, I'm going to comb my hair and it's starting to fall out. It was burnt and dry and I couldn't comb it. When my hair dried, my God, I almost died and I started crying. I cut all my hair. My hair improved, I could do my hair, after the holidays and my vacations happened, I went to her salon to tell her what had happened to me and she answered that I left her salon happy and that she wasn't going to do my hair since it had happened. for a long time, I had to pay him again, my only mistake was letting him know late, but I couldn't do anything since I was traveling. She ruined my hair and I told her and she responded that it was keratin that was bad for me and that it affected my color. I always used keratin once a year, it never washed the color off and I had done it 1 week after the color she did. I already had 4 washes in my hair, so that was the perfect time to apply it and recover my hair, and finally She offered to give me a keratin treatment the same day after the highlights. and she now she tells me that she is not good. I told her that I was going to write on her profile so that no one goes to her hair salon and she responded, Do it! and she sent me a message that it was the first time it happened to her, I read her comments today and what she says is not true, today my hair looks dull and dull brown, she would never return to that place, 0 recommended"
