"I purchased 4 pictures from a collection by Bria Nicole,. I purchased them on the 15th of this month. I only received one from the order. It has been over two weeks and I'm still trying to get the rest of my pictures. Each person I speak with keep saying oh it wasn't on the truck. These are only small pictures. How is that possible. Since every Wednesday is truck day it seems as though I'm going into November for my pictures."

"I love Kirklands! I love their selection! The store is always clean and smells great. The staff has always been helpful. HOWEVER, the last time I went to the Fleming Island store, there was a male associate that was very terse and rude when I asked him a question about something I was interested in purchasing. He acted as though it was a real inconvenience to help me. He even let out an audible "ugh", and a lot of air through his nose. I would have given 5 stars but because of the rude treatment I received, I knocked off 2 stars."

"Great place to shop for home decor. This location has a great, helpful, and friendly staff and with a great ambiance. The only reason why I gave it a 4 out of 5 stars is because they seemed to have thinned out their inventory a bit, they use to have some good areas staged in the middle of the store that gave good ideas, but lately that has been lacking. Overall a great place to shop for those great final touches for around the house or buisness."
