"I have had a very poor experience with Studio Becker. The design and craftsmanship is superb. But you pay for that. The problem is, there is absolutely zero post sale support. My kitchen was installed in 2019. I have been after them since then to install hardware on a very expensive hidden door they sold me. No response. I need basic service, to adjust doors and drawers. No response. They took a piece of my stone to modify It so it fits in my unit, I can't get it back. They ignore me. It is disgraceful. My advice, go elsewhere. You will have zero support for this very expensive premium product."
