"Shopping here is like at home. Furniture! Furniture! The best of quality. You got what you need and enjoy it within. Beautiful place and the staffs are very friendly. They are observing health protocols and of course the place is very clean. I am enjoying this place when I need to unwind from the stress of life. So, If you want to distress? Just come here and you will experience a stress-free moment. Parking space is not so crowded. I will recommend Victoria's Armoire to all of my relatives and friends who are very fond of furniture. "I purchased a console in December and was told that it would deliver in mid January. I paid in full including delivery. Having not heard from the store I called today and was told in a most “matter of fact” tone that the item would not arrive until May. Had I been told this I would not have made the purchase and paid in full as I did. In fact I did not purchase another item because it would not deliver until April. I feel the store deceived me and they were not honest. They claim it was a new employee who assisted me, although The owner was right there when the transaction took place. Very poor business practice. I do not recommend this place."

"My wife and I bought a couch at Victoria’s and initially loved it but very quickly realized that it sheds feathers and will never stay fluffed nicely- it’s a $3,000 eyesore in our living room and we went back about a month later and asked the owner for any advice on what to do. He chuckled and said “people have been complaining about that for a while so we changed the manufacturer”.... you would think he’d tell us this when we purchased but I guess you can’t ask for that much anymore. Fine, it happens, buyer beware. When we were back we found the loveseat version of the couch from the new manufacturer that would’ve been perfect for our bedroom but they only had the floor model in stock. That’s fine, I’ve bought floor models before and the discount is usually +/- 40% but he came back and offered 10%, and this had been sitting in an un air conditioned warehouse for G-d knows how many months. We asked him to help with anything (free delivery, more discount etc) given our previous horrible experience and he told us to go to Pottery Barn. Would never go back"

"Interesting business practice!!! Have spent thousands at this place over the years...nice stuff, no real pricing flexibility, but unique stuff. Went in this weekend to buy some things...a lot of things...many thousands in fact. However part of the order had an issue and wouldn’t work. We were showed a similar piece while shopping that would work. So I asked the price diff and was told maybe 100-150 more.... so I thought good customer, return customer, maybe this one time to save a much bigger deal... maybe let’s swap at no cost. NOPE....no can do, not even throw in shipping?? NADA!!! Lost a huge deal and a customer. Penny wise pound foolish I guess ."
