"Store phone has to be called multiple times before anyone even bothers to pick up. Laura (the manager) is completely unreliable. I spent $20,000 on furniture during their inaugural week! First they lost a piece of furniture and now after they “found it” in the warehouse, I am stuck waiting all Saturday for a delivery as the incompetent manager cannot answer the phone or return my calls with a delivery time window. This ‘outstanding’ customer service is going to guarantee store closure. Hire competent staff who understand high end customer service !!!"
