"I had high hopes for this salon because it was so close to me. People were very nice and helpful and it was very clean and attractive. However it was the worst manicure I had ever received. The experience was pleasant and the pedicure acceptable, however the manicure I received was the worst I had ever had. The nail polish started peeling off within hours and my hangnails are terrible, as well as the nails were all uneven. Removing the hangnails is my prime reason for getting a manicure. The next day I caught myself chewing off a hangnail when I realized they were all no better than when I went in. In all fairness my friend received an acceptable manicure, but my nails did not look like I had been anywhere near a salon. So disappointed."

"Tony does little more than soak your feet. Hangnails and different length nails. Have had several bad experiences at this salon. One time a spinning part flew off and hurt my foot and the tech said you’re not bleeding. One after another incompetent and rude. They put a timer on to massage foot. No sense of personalized attention. Elite is by far superior."

"Wanted to get my nails done for my baby shower tomorrow. Omg! These are the worst nails I have ever had. 50.00 I am speechless. I am so upset! Not happy at all. I’m not the type to complain so I just paid a left but Jesus. They are not even what I asked for. Very upset."

"Grabbed a pedicure with Jason and he did a great job (why I gave 3 stars). He offered me a drink, did a great massage was very kind. Did dip with a design on my nails with Vincent and I'm pretty let down. I have dip all around my cuticles (he cut a good bit off) and the design is just so off. He didn't pour the dip in a separate container so I guess all nails get dipped in the same jar. Still have some empty spots where the dip didn't stay."
