"They offered a $60 facial, the video showed them using light therapy which did not happen. It was supposed to be a 60 minute facial, it was not. She put a mask on my face which I could have done myself. I traveled 45 minutes and I only had so much money in my budget for a good facial. It did nothing for my skin, it looks the same. After the facial, I was lured over to a gentleman trying to upsale thousands of dollars worth of products. Bad experience. Will not be returning."
