"Husband and I came in for a pedicure. My husband's pedicure lasted a whole 14 min. He said it was the worst pedicure he has ever had. While my pedicure was better than his, it was not worth the price. The massage was around 1 min on each foot. Total of $89 & we won't be back. Prob the first time in our lives we've left somewhere without tipping. Receptionist at front counter was very nice."

"I always come here for my nails. I typically just enjoy the pedicure massages (Joe, I think, is great!) and just the care in general. I keep it simple with clear polish, but I had been really wanting to get nail art done recently. They show the nail art you're wanting to the available techs to make sure it's something they can do, and then you're in their care. It's always very friendly, and a relaxed atmosphere. You can walk-in or make an appointment, and they have a points system. Kieu had my nails looking super cute. ❤️"

"Absolutely love Phoenix Nail Bar, I recommend them to anyone who asks! I’ve been to several nail salons in the Gainesville area, but Phoenix is by far the best. The staff is always kind and welcoming. The salon is very clean and well kept. Plus, you can tell the staff is passionate about what they do and they have really good teamwork. I have had several different techs do my pedicures and I’ve never been disappointed. For my nails I like to go to Christina, she is a true artist. She is always able to beautifully recreate every nail design I ask for. I have never walked out unhappy or dissatisfied with my services, they truly are phenomenal!"

"Anna was very nice! Did a good job. Filing could of been a little better in a few spots, but I didn't notice until I got home, but I was also having a pretty bad day myself at no fault of hers. Thought it was pretty cool that they had a bar inside, will have to check it out next time, again bad day! Overall the place was very nice and clean and everyone was nice! I will definitely go back again. Thanks Anna for trying to make my bad day better!"

"Walking in the nail salon, I was very impressed by the colors, the brightness, and how clean it was. The pedicure was relaxing and felt so great. When it was time for the nail tech to do my nails, I wasn't impressed with the after. It's pretty from afar, but up close, you can see the mistakes she made . My cuticles were not properly groomed , she made me bleed with the nail filing machine, and my finger was hurting a week after getting my nails done. The staff was friendly and efficient, but I will not be going back. I definitely feel like I didn't get my money's worth. I paid about eighty something, and I definitely feel like it wasn't worth what I paid. I just tried to get out of my comfort zone and go to another nail salon, but I'll stick with what I know and go back to my normal shop."
