"Horrible customer service, and that’s putting it lightly. I’ve taken my Tundra over three times for service because it was never fixed the first time. I got new tires (hefty price tag of course) with incorrect alignment. Took them in again to get the tires aligned, which should’ve been done right the first time and they’re still not aligned properly. Took it in for an oil change, oil filler cap was not placed properly and all the oil leaked out of the car. And weirdly enough, one of the cashiers took a picture of my debit card, tried to play it off, and a day later an online purchase was made with my card. When I try to ask someone about all of this no one can seem to be able to give me any answers. I pay a good amount for my Tundra, obviously gave the dealership business when I bought the car, so to be treated like garbage is absolutely infuriating. You’re better off going somewhere else."
