David, the store manager, walked with me patiently through all the warranty information for my tires, and Francisco also helped me compare between two tire brands. I appreciated how they didn't talk to down to me or try to upsell me. They were also so patient and ready to help me as I sorted out my tire issues. The tires were also great priced - much cheaper than how much the dealerships were quoting me. Not to mention the free inspection.
