"I had previously purchased two mattresses from Mattress Firm with no success, as my back has issues. I thought I would give Boxdrop a shot and I am SUPER happy I did. First off, this is 100% a small family owned business who takes a ton of pride in the service they offer. I walked in with no appointment and Kevin took amazing care of me. I explained to Kevin what type of mattress I was searching for and he went to work moving inventory around until he found what he thought would work for me. It did! For the last 2 months I have had much better pain free sleep and this is just the icing on the cake, since my customer service experience that Kevin gave was AMAZING. I told him I needed it delivered as soon as possible and I needed my other mattress taken away. Kevin actually delivered my mattress to me 3 hours later so I did not have to wait a few days for delivery. Absolutely 5 Star customer service. I recommend anyone who is looking for a mattress to give BoxDrop a chance, they really take great care of their customers! Edit: I can't believe I almost forgot this part! I told Kevin what type of bedframe I was going to purchase for this mattress and when I did he suggested I DID NOT BUY the boxspring he was about to sell me. That's right! He saved me $80-$100 by NOT selling me something I was about to buy from him! He was right in telling me that if I added a boxspring to the frame I was getting the mattress would sit way to high and it would have. Simply incredible integrity!"

"I went in to the warehouse, they have a bunch of models and the person that was there was very helpful. The mattresses are good quality and all still in plastic so very clean. He was able to show me different textures and they had a great selection. Prices were very reasonable as well. Definately would recommend!"
