"I went there today to pick up a mattress that I purchased at another store but it was not in stock. I was welcomed into the store and then asked for my receipt by a sales associate. She started to help me, placed my reciept on the table and asked a second sales associate to help me. I watched the second sales associate blow her nose so before she reached for my receipt, I politely asked her to clean her hands. She replied with, "I just have allergies" and picked up my paper and put it back down. I acknowledged her allergies but asked her to clean her hands before touching my receipt since she just blew her nose. (The tissue was moist from the nose blow). She picked up my paper again without cleansing her hands. The first sales associate said that she has allergies. I explained that it doesn't matter if the snot from her nose is from allergies, a viral infection or a bacterial infection, I'd prefer not to touch it. Hand sanitizer was sitting on the counter next to her. I asked her again to please wash her hands. I asked the 1st sales associate to either reprint or make a new copy of my receipt. The 2nd sales associate printed something so the 1st sales associate threw my original receipt in the trash. When the 1st sales associate realized that the 2nd sales associate had only printed the document for me to sign indicating that I picked up my mattress, she got my original receipt out if the trash, made a copy of the 1st page and offered the other pages to me stating the the 2nd sales associate did not touch them. I actually had to decline the contaminated receipt that she pulled out of the trash can and insisted that she make a copy of all of the pages. The 2nd sales associate never cleaned her hands and proceeded to help the next customer. This experience lead me to believe that the store has a culture in which poor hygiene is exceptable. If they don't care about cleansing themselves, I am concerned about the cleanliness of the mattresses and will more then likely be returning the mattress that I picked up today. As a side note, I went to another mattress firm after I left that store and purchased the 2 additional mattresses that I would have gotten from the Sawgrass Store if the sales associate had good hygiene."

"I was immediately approached with a warm welcome from one of the sales agents when I walked into the store. Andrea was the one who helped me pick the right bed. She listened to my needs and desires and showed me several options. She was patient and understanding. I ended up purchasing a plush king-size mattress that was incredibly comfortable. I would highly recommend anyone to shop at the store near the sawgass mills mall. Thank you for great customer service!!"
