"I normally don't like to leave negative reviews, but I will for the experience I had here. I've had a few previous things done here that turned out ok. However, will never return after my last oil change. I scheduled an early morning appointment for an oil change so I could get in and out quickly. Was originally told it would take 1-1:15 when I first arrived. However, it took nearly 3 hours from when I dropped the car off till when it was done. Nothing "quick" about that. But the most absurd part was that they were going to charge me $690 for the oil change! They wanted to charge nearly $49/qt for MotorCraft 5w50 synthetic (which I know is an expensive oil compared to other blends), but is a complete rip-off at that price. An entire case(12)of this oil can be purchased from Amazon.com for $132! Called around to some other Quick Lanes after I got home and received quotes of around $200ish for the oil change which is a much more reasonable/realistic offer. This Quick Lane has lost my business. Make sure you call ahead and get an exact quote if you plan to use this location. Very disappointed."
