"I understand that transport brokers are at the mercy of the actual company they hire but even though I got a fair price, they said 1-4 days so I based my moving schedule around 4 days but at 4 days they couldn't give me an update so I drove my uhaul to the next state and had to fly back because it ended up being 7 days and I had to call to get updates otherwise I wouldn't get any. The company that showed up had the right equipment but not necessarily the experience to transport 3 Harley Davidson motorcycles so I had to watch and supervise each and every step otherwise my paint and plastic parts would not have made it. The driver and I also had a communication issue and had to use Google translate. Overall, not a good experience for me."

"Stay away from this company. Promised they would be able to ship our bikes and at the last minute they were a no show and did not bother to contact us. I was the one that would have to keep calling and Nicole strung us along. Will never do business with them and I suggest everyone stay away. Just to clarify on your reply not once did you call me. I called you everyday for a 2 weeks. There was never a return call."

"I was led to believe that the bike would be carried behind the cab of an auto transport, so when a couple Eastern European guys showed up in a cargo van and trailer, I was suspicious, seeing the cargo van loaded with bikes and mine added in last. However, they had the bikes very well secured and clear of each other, but well loaded full. Not only did they give me a very good price, but the bike was also delivered ahead of schedule. While It almost felt like a bait and switch, I am very happy with the way the guys treated the bike and beat the delivery expectation at a good price."

"These folks not only had the best price, but delivered on time to my front door with zero damage or questions about the condition of my bike. I searched for days for a carrier that would bring my bike to me in an enclosed carrier for a reasonable price. The driver was polite and allowed me to off load the unit myself. My bike arrived looking exactly like the pictures from the dealership I purchased it from with showroom detailing in place. Very happy with the service and would recommend."

"Hello review world, I am another vote that you should really look for another delivery company for your needs. It wasn't worth the trouble to save a hundred bucks or so on the quote over others. My bike was damaged during transportation due to the drivers not knowing how to strap a bike down properly. They tied the bike down to non supporting handles and snapped them. The drivers of course tried to play it off like they did nothing wrong, yet it was obvious. It was just a couple of kids who had no idea what they were doing and had very poor organization. They sent me pictures of the damage from the wrong bike! The real reason for this negative review is the hassle to get it corrected. Very poor communication from this company and I was essentially put in charge of tracking down the driver and getting them to pay me for the repairs. It took many weeks to correct and of course my replacement parts are on back order for another 2 months. Really unfortunate, it would have been so easy for this company to make things easier for me and help along the way. I might have well just gone down to the local truck stop and found a driver filling up with room. FOR THE COMPANY DIRECTLY. I hired your company to move my bike, you can farm that work out to others, who then farm it out to others. But I don't think you should be asking me to track down that chain. You should have been on top of the damage and been the one to get things repaired. I found your communication poor, lacking and of little help."
