"No one likes to experience car trouble. I recently had some issues I needed looked at with my BMW 328I. I was referred to Auto Europa Naples by a friend. They were able to quickly determine that my car did indeed need a valve cover replaced, and they recommended other items that needed to be fixed in terms of priority. nothing is cheap when it comes to maintaining a car these days, but I think overall, their prices are pretty reasonable. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix my main complaint, which was the oil leak from the valve cover. I was also fortunate enough to, be able to secure a loaner car for the two days it took to diagnose and fix my car. Overall, it was a positive experience. Next time I need something fixed on my car, I will likely go back. And I definitely recommend them to other European auto drivers."

"This is my second visit to Auto Europa in Naples. My first visit (B Service) went well, so when it was time, I brought my MB in for new tires. I had previously asked Andrew to perform a four wheel alignment after tire installation but he had explained that my car may not need it. After the work was done, I was told that my car indeed did not need the alignment. My car was returned to me immaculate inside and out. I really appreciate it when a shop not only does good work, but also does not pad the bill. Auto Europa could have easily charged me for an alignment and I would have willingly paid for one. Instead, they chose to save me some money and build trust in the process. When it’s time for my next service, I’ll be back."
