"Typical shop. They will try to milk every dollar they can from you. Also their techs are incompetent. Towed my truck to them with the only issue being the transmission. Ended up getting my truck back in worse shape than when I gave it to them. They day after I had my truck towed to them, they claimed the front brakes were seized, and somehow overnight it has gotten a completely flat tire. According to them they couldn't even move the truck 50 feet into their bay. You would think a transmission shop could handle getting a non-running vehicle from the parking lot into their shop. So I had to pay them over $450 to have it moved 50 feet. (It only cost $170 to have it towed 15 miles to their shop). Once the vehicle was in the shop, they said they wouldn't even touch the transmission until I payed them $2500 for all new front brake pads, rotors, calipers, and brake lines. They legitimately couldn't even figure out how to get the front wheel off let alone change the brakes. I got a call saying the lug nuts were seized on. "I tried every gun in our shop and they won't budge". Apparently they've never heard of penetrating fluid, because a quit shot of PB blaster and I got them off just fine myself. I had my truck towed out of there ASAP."

"I went to AAMCO for a diagnosis with my car that was throwing all sorts of warning lights and codes. From the start they were incredibly helpful. While explaining the issue that’s occurring with Pat at the front, another employee, Nick, asked some questions and understood the dilemma right away. They were kind enough to give me a rough idea of the issue before leaving it for the full diagnosis. They were prompt and communicative! All in all I received a valve body replacement, along with a wheel barring replacement. Everyone there was so kind and helpful. I, of course, have to add in there were some dogs that were such a delight. When dealing with car trouble it can be heavy on the mind, seeing these fluffy lil guys made my week!
