"They took care of me really quickly getting the bolt out of my tire and patching me. The women who run the counter never once reminded me that I should probably have the tire speed balanced al as the technician is not going to be able to put it exactly where it was on the rim. Now I have the Weeble wobble at 60 requiring another visit to somebody with a balance machine. They had the basics covered, plenty of parking plenty of bays enough technicians and equipment and the ability to fix my tire or sell me a new one if I needed they just need to educate their front counter personnel."

"LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY!!! THERE IS A REASON I DON'T DO ANY… AND I MEAN ANY BUSINESS IN BELLE GLADE! Also, when it comes to automotive service, I refuse to hear or communicate anything through service advisors and receptionists, because of course chatting and passing messages through third parties is never a good idea. Well for my first time here, they did exactly that! I am a detailed oriented person and organized. I know what I asked for to be completed and it was not. Instead of this company being a professional BUSINESS and accepting accountability, they rather point fingers at the customers. Last time I CHECKED, IF THE CUSTOMER WAS AN EXPERT IN WHAT THEIR CAR NEEDED, THEY WOULD NOT BRING THEIR VEHICLE IN FOR YOU TO DO THE WORK. Customers are not experts… NOR IS YOUR RECEPTIONIST! Just because they can remember a few names of auto parts does NOT MAKE THEM MECHANICS! I will DRIVE AN HOUR FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! HANDS DOWN! EVERY TIME! OR HAVE MY CAR TOWED TO THE COAST BECAUSE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU WILL BE TREATED LIKE… A CONCERNED CUSTOMER WHO WANTS TO BE ABLE TO PUT THEIR CAR ON THE ROAD AND FEEL SAFE! I DROVE IT TO YOU WITHOUT A PROBLEM - I SHOULD BE ABLE TO DRIVE IT AWAY WITHOUT ANY! FURTHERMORE IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE ILL-PROFESSIONAL AND LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO IT WHEN YOUR CUSTOMER IS GONE! CALLING MY CAR OLD DOES NOT… DOES NOT NEGATE THE FACT THAT YOU DID NOT PERFORM A SERVICE I ASKED FOR! NOR DOES IT NEGATE THAT YOU DON'T WORK ON VEHICLES THAT ARE OLDER THAN 7 YEARS! YOU HAD CARS THAT WERE 15 YEARS OLD IN YOUR STALE SAME DAY! If you did not want to work on my OLD CAR - SAY SO! YOUR LACK OF COMPASSION FOR CUSTOMERS JUST HIGHLIGHTS YOUR IGNORANCE AS "WHATCHAMACALLITS!""

"I went there this morning at 10:30am asked for brakes, she said 20mins and they will be in. I sat out there a whole hour then I called to check still no brakes , went home for another hour came back and they was acting like I never been there before, asking me what kind of car I have when all the information was taking from me at 10:30 that morning now here it is 1:43pm still brakes my truck is screaming. Gotta do better cause this the second time something like that has happened to me at their shop"

"Great service Angel was very helpful, knowing that I had a very long drive 5000 miles to and from. He took his time and looked and checked my car for any major problems that could leave me stranded far from home. I was very pleased and felt safe driving a very long way in my car. I over looked the tires on my car but he was very concerned that they would not make the trip. He knew I was on a budget, he made every effort to say me money. At the end new tires and tune up was still very affordable. This place is awesome they have my business. Thank you"
