"I was on my way over from west palm to Cape Coral to visit my daughter and her family. Alert went on advising I need to add engine coolant as soon as possible. I was a deer in headlights! I stopped at auto zone and asked for help! I was greeted by Jose in customer service! He located the coolant I needed. And then walked me to my car. He popped the hood!! He was not too familiar with my BMW model. I offered to get the manual! He looked it up! Inserted the coolant!! And I was on my way!!! Who appeared to be a Manager also came out to assist! Before leaving, they asked me to start my car and wanted to be sure my alert was off. They went the extra mile to help a single female who approached them saying “I need your help”!"
