"Unfortunately, I was hoping to write a very good review. I had two customer sofas reupholstered. While the seats and back cushions, front trim piping along the sofa front edge were well done, piping along the backs and sides were poorly constructed. All four outside corners with piping were crooked and in some cases pressed inward along each corner. See photos of the outside piping areas. Also, the outside of the sofa edge bottoms were bumpy and not properly tailored. On the bright side the shop manager Tamara was very professional every step of the way. She informed me when I could view the sofa and kept up with my schedule. Unfortunately, when I did visit the facilities to see the work in progress, the sofas were already wrapped in plastic. In hindsight I should have been more persistent in having the upholsterer unwrap the plastic to inspect the sofas properly before they were delivered. Once delivered there wasn't an opportunity to have the sofas fixed."
