"I Told The Manager 4 Weeks Ago ( The Rent A Center On Tamiami East)To Come Pick Up The 2 Scooters I Rented That They We're Junk The Chain Snapped On One The other One The Chain Won't Stay On I Gave Him The Address To Where The scooters Are Located And That My 18 Year Old Son Was There.( They Know Who My Son Is I've Been Dealing W/ That Rent A Center For Years When Billie Jean And Charles Ran It) But To This Day June 28Th They HAVE NOT PICKED THEM CONTINUE TO HARASS ME BY LEAVING TAGS ON MY DOOR ABOUT 10 CALLS A DAY I AM JUST IGNORING THEM AS I GAVE THEM ALL THE INFO ON JUNE 2ND AS TO WHERE TO PICK THEM UP AT.Very Poor Management Team All The Delivery None Speak English They Pound Poo n Your Door Like Their S ok me Kind Of Idiots Ready To Break Down The Door I Had Better Service When Charles And Billie Jean Were There.VERY VERY VERY LOUSY SERVICE PLUS ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED I WOULD NEVER EVER REFER ANYONE TO GO THERE.YUCK"

"Great new staff at this store congratulations Billie as a general manager. It's about time although Charles will be missed he's good management as well district manager in the area manager need to find a new occupation they're not cut out for Rent-A-Center corporate will be notified as I have friends out there in Texas corporate office. Congratulations again to the new staff hopefully the district manager and area manager won't run off the new staff and this store will continue to be the number one in the area."
