"I have used this business in the past and brought my new vehicle to have the windows tinted 1 day after purchasing it. My vehicle came out with a scratch across the appliques between the front and rear passenger windows. I spoke with Mike who was defensive and dismissive of the issue saying the dealership covered it up with a special liquid to hide it and when Suntamers wiped the windows down it probably came off. I feel like this is a ridiculous excuse (as does everyone I've told) to not own up and accept responsibility that accidents happen and it's ok, but he refused to do the right thing even though it isn't a costly repair. He would rather loose a long time customer than to try and make it right. I know that when I dropped my car off there wasn't a scratch and when I picked it up 2 hours later there was. I will not be going back and my suggestion is to look elsewhere for your tinting needs. However if you still choose to go to Suntamers make sure you take pictures of your vehicle so you have proof when something happens because you won't be getting anything from Mike but lofty excuses and attitude of why it couldn't have happened there!!"

"DO NOT USE Bonita Springs store. Mike, Manager, very irresponsible and does not follow up with touch ups required after job is not performed to professional standards. We had brand new front doors clear frost material placed on 10/2022. There is a gap between material and door so someone could look in. Of course, once he had our money he no longer cared and has a very arrogant attitude. He told us, “It needs to be called and someone will be there someday soon” No call . No one came by 11-10-22. Called him again. He said same thing.. 12-27-2022, still no call and no one has come. DO NOT USE HIM IF YOU WANT QUALITY WORK WITH PROFESSIONAL TREATMENT By MANAGER, MIKE”"

"We are above and beyond impressed with Suntamers and would recommend them to anyone. We were looking to have the windows on our convertible tinted and during our search process were told be several places they could not do it because the back windows wont’s stay up if the top is down and the back seat is too small to work in...or if someone was willing to do it the prices was outrageous. We saw Suntamers tinting windows in our neighborhood and asked if they did cars, specifically convertibles and he said yes, call in for a quote. We did just that, confirmed they would be able to work on a convertible and the price was awesome. They set up an appointment two days later and within 4 hours our car was ready to be picked up. When we saw the completed job we where, as I mentioned earlier, above and beyond impressed. The windows looked great and after a couple of weeks they look amazing. And I have to say this job even comes with a warranty! We have had other windows tinted and they didn’t have a warranty. The customer service was wonderful as well. Everyone was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. So if you are looking for windows tinting, I would highly recommend Suntamers! Thank you Suntamers, you have a forever customer!"
