"I have to absolutely recommend Southwest Florida Wheel Repair. My son had rim damage from a pothole, and they repaired it and actually called him on Saturday (when I believe they are usually closed) to let him know it was ready. This morning I got home from shift and discovered a bit of an oops (we’re all human). I sent them a message through their website and expected to have to go there on Monday to argue my discovery. Within a couple hours I received a phone call from the owner (on a Sunday!), and he said that he wanted to make things right. Long story short, the owner is spending his Sunday criss-crossing the Cape from my son’s work to his shop to get this fixed before my son gets off of work. This is super exceptional customer service. I was not expecting this."

"Hit a pothole and thought my rims on the passenger side were toast. Thought I would try to get the rim straightened without high expectations because they were aluminum rims. Made an appointment and was able to drop the car off. Within the same day both front and rear rims were repaired. The ride home was like the pothole hit never occurred. Great service and will definitely be back if I ever need rims straightened. Also when I replace the tires in the near future I will use them to clean up the curb rash."

"Several spokes of chrome detail on my 2021 Tahoe wheel got scraped and gashed off from a high curb. Owner Ben and Elijah fixed it like new! Perfect job! Fast and friendly service and resonable price! They even put my spare on so I could go about my business while they were repairing my wheel. Highly recommend them. Sorry, don't have a "before" picture, but very noticeable defects. This is the "after" picture."

"If i could put minus 5 stars i would. I'm normally a person to accept imperfections when something has been fixed but this is inexcusable. They fixed my wheel and made it straight... ok kudos to them but they sent my wheel back with no warning before hand, no call to ask if i wanted it to be repowdered because of discoloration from the heating process! Sure... i don't mind paying the price to get my wheels re-powder coated for a professional look... BUT YOU SEND IT BACK LIKE THIS?? ARE YOU KIDDING ME???!!! Granted he offered me a refund because i confronted him because he sent it to me incomplete but... THIS IS NOT HOW PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE RENDERED! Now I've got to find a place to repowder coat my wheel... which is more incurred cost and more headache."

"Went back and forth on getting new rims or getting the ones I had refurbished and painted. Talked to Ben at SWFL Wheel Repair and pulled the trigger on refurbishment. The Job was spectacular and my rims are BETTER than new. Don't hesitate, give them a call, you will be glad you did!"
