"They are very nice until you point out that they over-charge for parts and labor. Then they accuse you of 'giving them attitude.' I guess they are used to ripping people off and getting away with it. I was charged $65 for a gas cap. They normally cost $17. Over $400 charged for 4 O2 sensors. Normally a set of 4 is $110. They charged me $400 in labor. They worked on my car for about an hour. Don't get ripped off. Firestone and Tires Plus are dishonest."

"The service was great. Went in for free brake check, and brakes were fine. Just really bad tires. I knew I had bad tires and needed replacement, but they were so bad that they were causing my ABS braking to make noise upon braking. Jimmy Rose was very polite and professional. He suggested some tires, offered me a store card for a discount. Even when I told him I would have to come back, he was great and not pushy sales."
