"On vacation and brought in my vehicle at the end of the day with a nail in a tire. Was told it would be about 45 minutes to plug it. Came back 1/2 hr later and found out the nail hadn't penetrated the tread, so no plug was needed. And since no repair was done, there was no charge! It's been a few days since this happened and the tire has held its pressure. Thank you to this team at Firestone!"
