"My mistake thinking they sold engine coolant turned into a great car repair. I was quoted from Audi for over 9K for a coolant leak. The guys at NAPA not only found and addressed the leak for around 3k. They also could not find a reason for the extreme quote given by Audi. I will be going to them for any car repair issues in the future. Great service and fair pricing."

"Unfortunately my jeep got an oil leak over a holiday weekend and i had to leave it and go back to the east coast of Florida. I had my jeep towed to Napa I spoke to Robert 1st thing January 2 when they reopened. I was a little uncomfortable leaving it and being on the otger sidecof the state but Robert had already seen the jeep and called me later that day with what needed to be di e for repair. He was so nice and I could tell he knew exactly what he was talking about. He went out of his way to get the jeep up and running quickly even though the part was on national back order! He also made suggestions to prevent this from happening again. I highly recommend this Napa for friendliness, honesty, knowledge snd in general going above what was expected!"

"Went in for just an oil change, no appointment. They cheerfully fit me right in. I think I interrupted the tech's lunch but he jumped right in. I was given a thorough report of recommendations but no pressure. Will definitely return. Not from this area so happy to find a shop I feel I can trust! Pricing was right in line with what I've been charged in my home state."
