"First timer! Purchased this item today with the price tag mark out. Ask the price and she stated 41.95, which you can clearly see through the marked out ink on the tag. I thought okay since there were no flaws, I'll take it. Only to get it home and find they slapped a made in China label over this scratch...wow, REALLY?"

"I bought this beautiful Xmas tree snow globe 1 year ago. (November 2020) I used it for approximately 45 days & loved it. I Brought it out this year & found that the motor makes a very loud annoying sound. It completely takes away from the beauty & serenity of this Xmas decor. It was fairly expensive. They wouldn’t return or replace it & didn’t know how to fix it. They said many of their pieces have a loud motor & implied it was “normal”. I would not recommend these pretty but expensive & poor quality pieces. I was surprised at their reaction to this as I have shopped there a lot & mostly found good service otherwise. This should be a beautiful, quiet piece of art for the price."

"They have a great selection of decorating items especially in the "coastal" style. And if they don't have enough of the items that you need they get them within a day or two! And they have a very generous return policy which is so helpful because if you are like me (definitely not an expert) you need to take things home and try them out to see how they look. And their prices are great too!"

"The Bonita Springs store is amazing as it is filled with unique, high quality items for the home. I don’t usually post ratings but this store requires an exception. I accidentally broke an expensive glass item and they were only concerned about my personal safety without the “you broke it, you bought it” attitude that is so common today. This store reminds me why I’d rather shop at locally owned stores over the impersonal box stores that all have the same merchandise. Wilford & Lee is fantastic!"
