The owner is rigid and doesn’t bargain much unless he’s sat on a piece a long time. He’s moody, with a take it or leave it attitude. So there’s that. "I first found Pakratz consignment last year when I became a snowbird. I happened to accidentally come across Pakratz when grocery shopping and exploring what other stores were close by. So I went into the store last year and I was amazed at the great quality of various home furnishings that undeniably add a sense of style to any home and any decor. I was impressed by the owners of Pakratz ability to bring a positive light to a mundane; but, necessary shopping for home items. I had an optimistic sense of style and enthused that I could possibly make my home a unique experience when fully decorated! And, I of course previously had no sense of style; but,after conversing with the owners and seeing how they put various items together for a display, I am confident that I, too can do the same! Great store and great owners who seem to really enjoy themselves as they are working. I will be stopping by Pakratz within the next few days to update you’ll for this years assessment. Hopefully, it will be just as thrilling."

"We love Pakratz and go in every few months either to browse or because we're looking for something. We have a house full of rescue animals including ones with special needs so good quality, used furniture is perfect for us (fact of life for us is that we need to cycle our items every couple of years - our furbabies come first). We've bought a sofa, 2 very comfortable chairs, ottomans, lamps and an end tables among other items. The people work both own and work at the store are all great - they're knowledgeable, friendly with a great sense of humor. Going in there to browse or buy is fun and comfortable. 2022 Update: it was time for a new sofa and we were looking for a guest room chair. First visit, we didn't find what we were looking for but still left with a vintage sewing stand to use as an night stand and a beautiful set of stacking boxes (all for less than $100). Next visit: Jackpot! Gorgeous like new sofa and perfect guest room chair and ottoman for $750. Looked up the chair and ottoman online - $1800 with the super upgraded fabric that was on it. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!"

"I love this shop! The company is very picky about the designer furniture and accessories they accept to resale so it is always in great condition. The owners and staff are fantastic and make the shopping experience a blast! I’m addicted!"

"I will never go to this snobby, rude, unwelcoming, uptight, and judgmental consignment shop again. The lady named Mitzi was behind the counter when my boyfriend and I drove all the way from Lehigh with our items. There was another customer in the shop when we got there. We told her to take her time. While she was helping the customer we walked around the shop checking out the items. We noticed a lot of them looked like the pictures and painting we brought to put on consignment. When Mitzi was free she gave me paperwork to fill out, while I was doing that my boyfriend looked for a bathroom. While I he was gone I made small talk, telling her how we run a resale business out of our garage, and if the items didn't sell in the shop we would come pick them up to try to sell them on Letgo or OfferUp. After I told her that, her whole demeanor changed. When my boyfriend came back she walked out to my Mazda CX-9 SUV to look at our items. She glanced at them for a second and said no those aren't good enough for this store. Then while mumbling something she just walked away and went back inside. These pictures are of just 3 of the items we took in to the shop today. It was raining when I took the picture's so they aren't the best quality, but all of the items, save for a couple, were top quality."
