"Great store - beautiful furniture. BUT be prepared to hand them full payment three days in advance of getting delivery. They use your money for that long while you are expected to sit and hope a satisfactory product is hopefully delivered. In my case, despite being told I would get a 2 hour advance notice phone call, it never came and they just showed up Unannounced. Less than professional or satisfactory for a multiple location business. Child-like in fact. Be very careful. A nice shopping experience and product, and superior sales person experience destroyed by poor administrative management of cash flow."
"Absolutely love this story. Carries the clean, contemporary designs I adore. Timeless style and high quality pieces that stand the test of time. Just picked up a chair and ottoman that is beautiful and comfortable, just what I was looking for but couldn’t find anyone who could even tell me the year I might get it.(Stressless style) I bought it for over a thousand less than other comparable pieces and left with it!! So very happy!! I will be back for a couch!!"
"We had purchased a beautiful dining room table and chairs several years ago. Absolutely love the table, but the chairs were not holding up well unfortunately. When I reached out the store manager said they were no longer under warranty but that she would reach out to the regional manager to see what they could do. They ended up giving us a store credit towards new chairs which I greatly appreciated as they did not have to do this. I believe what a company does when things "go wrong" truly shows their commitment to customer service. Thank you Scan Design, I will be purchasing from you again in the future!"
