"We had a great experience at City Furniture in Ft Myers, from the minute we walked in to just look, which led us to purchase of our Bernhardt leather sectional, along with a dresser & two rugs. Jennifer Covello was our sales coordinator & she was great at listening to our needs. She showed us various couches & made sure the couch fit our needs & we were comfortable when sitting on it. She was very professional & gave us a followup call, after delivery, in case we had any further questions or possible concerns. We experienced a well coordinated delivery by Raymond and his helper and a timely followup appointment by the two repair people who came to do a very quick adjustment on our sectional couch. Everyone of the delivery & repair people were professional, and polite, not to mention careful when handling our new furniture & entering our home. Overall, my wife & I had a great experience & we will not hesitate to recommend City & definitely we’ll recommend Jennifer to our friends. From now on we’ll shop at City first, whenever we’re in need of a new piece of furniture or home decor."

Within a week, the couch was delivered (we opted for premium delivery). They called us with on the window, dropped off everything, and was done in 15 minutes. "This store is huge, and connects with Ashley Furniture. Ashley is the largest vertically integrated furniture manufacturer in the country. The place is nicely arranged and flows well. The sales people are available and super helpful but I never felt smothered. I wish that I had remembered this store when I was shopping for a king bed, as their assortment and styles are broad. I would classify the overall selection as solid middle — nothing is cheap, little is super high end. This is a place for good style and good construction.
