"BUYER BEWARE!! This is an addendum to my glowing review in September 23.. Jeff was great salesperson beginning sale but backend of deal.. customer service FORGET IT.. IT'S NON EXISTENT WITH HIM. Spent over 7k 4 latex mattress w electric massage base & massage chair. Chair has NEVER worked & bed stopped working yesterday. Christina was supposed to come out today w "video" 4 chair.. never showed up.. NOW WHAT?? I was in sales my whole entire career. 40+ yrs business owner & provided excellent customer service to my clients. Even when not warranted. Am beyond upset with how this company has chosen to handle my sale. So disappointing upset etc. BUYERS BEWARE!"

"We are from out of state but came in to try out mattresses. Surgery is scheduled shortly after our return home and we needed to find a suitable mattress NOW. Some brands have various names assigned to the same models in different areas of the country - which can be extremely confusing. Jeffery took the time to search stores in my area that had exactly what we wanted. He received no financial benefit from this sale to a different company but took the stress out of our situation. We highly recommend this store for it's service."
