"Highly highly recommend. My daughter is a high school athlete, and had an injured knee. Our coaches recommended a visit to Charge. I asked Charge staff "which of your services would be best for an injured knee." The owner called me and said that he'd like to see her before he gives a suggested treatment plan. He met with her that day, spent an hour with us, working on her knee, showing her exercises to help range of motion, talked healthy habits, and explained each one of their services and how it would help. After 4 days of cryo, ice bath/sauna, and red light therapy, her knee was 90% better. SO much better than surgery!!!
