"1st time (July 2023) doing business with Labelle Ford for an oil change. Friendly & Very quick service. I would recommend this dealership for your vehicle services Fast forward (Nov 4, 2023) Very dissatisfied from my previous experience in July. I was greeted by a disgruntled employee that displayed and voiced he did not want to work on Saturday. I did not have an appointment and when I mentioned I could not leave my vehicle he did agree to schedule me an appointment for 2:00 pm, but as soon as I told him I had a nationwide maintenance plan to cover the expenses of oil change. He said he never heard of it, refused to take information to verify it & stated he could only take cash or credit. This with poor customer service you just lost a lifetime Ford owner of over 20 years business."

"Brakes were not releasing. Replaced caliper and seems fine. Very friendly team. Only concern I have is the labor rate per hour for a Ford seems high at $190."
