"Needed a patch on the inside of my tire. They did it correctly and were open late in the afternoon. I gave them a 3 because they mounted my tire back incorrectly, which I did not know of until 3 months later when I was getting my tires replaced. I was asked by firestone "what happened" and why is my tire mounted incorrectly. Then I remember that this was the only shop that had worked on my right front tire. Make sure that your tires are mounted back correctly when coming here. Thankfully no harsh damage was done to the car for this but firestone did charge me for some minor damages."

"The place ain't all that bad, but I think that they should try a more standard approach when it comes to the prices that they're charging. The service was average, but the price that I was charged for a used tire, to me it was ridiculous."

"Always the best prices. Other shops wanted $216+ for a new tire. And $60+ for a repair. Got the tire fixed and paid for a new one that they will put on this friday. $150 all In repair and new tire. Gotta love the small ma and pop shops"

"Came in and asked for a 4 wheel balance and rotation. The guy didn't even let me finish when he had 2 other guys already setting up and ready to take my tires off lol. It was super cheap and super fast service. You can see that they are doing the work correctly as it happens right in front of you. Will definitely come back and get the balance done on my other car."
