"Home…. What a freaking day….We left our vacation in the Keys a day early due to the nasty weather down there and the impending really bad weather here tomorrow. Half way home, in homestead we got pulled over by a game warden. He said stuff was coming off the tire. We had blown the bearing on the drivers side of the trailer and the hub broke….. Thankfully my mechanic husband never travels with out his big jack and tools. The game warden was a really nice guy and helped Neil pull the tire and we decided to continue on with only 3 tires. Then in Punta gorda just before the exit to home, friends following us texted that there was smoke coming off the other side…. Yup…. Blew the bearing on the other axel on the other side and the tire was tipped!!! Well we couldn’t go with one tire on each side on different axels so we called 4 towing services till we found one that MIGHT be able to load and haul the boat the 18 miles home….. Prompt Towing from Port Charlotte. Dillon was the driver and he was incredible! He took a lot of time looking and and said I think we can do it. 23 foot boat, on a 25 foot trailer, on a 20 foot rollback……. My husband ran a wrecker for years for his uncle in pa and he was pretty impressed with Dillon’s work and care. Unloading it was just as smooth. Slow and steady and hardly a wobble considering the condition of the trailer it sat on! Thank you Dillon!"

"While on our way home from our bucket list trip to Sanibel Island our truck had major problems. We called Prompt Towing and Josh arrived within 20 minutes and towed us to their shop. He was the nicest young man and made us feel so comfortable by talking the entire ride. We had to leave the truck and camper there because it was approaching Thanksgiving week and chances were slim that there would be a mechanic available that week. Mike, the manager, was so gracious to help us. He had it towed to Jim Goff’s Garage and the mechanic, Marsh, determined it was a cracked block.
