"TSA security lines go quickly and the workers are usually pretty helpful/friendly. Seats get taken up pretty quick. Only one airline operates here that I know of, so you are unlikely to miss your flight."

"Management of employees is Non Existant. No leadership at All! Sky Caps are told " you'll figure it out" therefore no guidence of what not to do or what to do, just criticism when you do something they dont like.. The black ticket agents are critics and bosses. Sky Caps are responsible to take wheel chair occupants thru security, caring and watching over their personal belongings assisting with concerns. Tips are much appreciated for wheel chair pushers because Sky Caps are the lowest paid personell. However ramp agents and ticket agents compete for the same tips that rightfully are due to sky caps. The layout of the terminal is Super Simple. Signs direct where to go, areas are blocked off as restricted. However many travelers are either blind or stupid passing by directions to go thru security instead they are going thru roped restricted areas. Keeping good help is hard due to the attitude of poor Management and mouthiness of the black ticket agents and one blond who think highly of themselves and have no problem asserting authority they dont have. Albeit there are two or three real supervisors who are either laid back, easy going or just sweet, who usually dont say anything but just focus on schedules, answering questions and solving problems. Im thinking management above them is where the real problem is. They do not know how to lead! And manage."
