"I will never buy tires from walmart again."

"They ordered the wrong size tires. Confirmed my appt and install without checking on the tire brand and size. Next day no communication and tires still not in. Took days off work. And try to get someone on the phone is impossible! Went to the store and employees walking around but cannot help with auto center when it's obvious they need additional employees. Nothing but a disappointment! I feel bad for the employees that try to help but the corporate won't let them. Wal-Mart corporate sucks on so many levels!"

"Try to get someone on the phone, Walmart may have started out as an American sweetheart but it's a bitter experience in and out of the store. I've witnessed managers publicly embarrass their employees, I'd like to see an entire shift walk out and leave the crass managers to do what it takes. Another problem I see to many people falling for is the self check out, until I get a discount on my items I won't use self check out... wake up people we don't work for Walmart!"

"Im only giving one star because i can't give zero!. I spent all morning and afternoon calling to get intouch with auto care department because i need 4 tires for my car, and i dont live close by so i tried calling to make an appointment with them but never got an answere, i don't recommend them if they can't take a simple phone call, i cant trust them with my car."
