"After searching online and passing on other service shops with questionable ratings, my husband and I stopped in at the shop on Saturday to get a visual of the business and ask whether we could make an appointment for our overdue required Service A anytime soon. My husband spoke with business owner, Robert, and made an appointment to bring the car in first thing on Tuesday morning. In the meantime, in addition to the regular Service A, the car was also presenting with a brakes issue. On Tuesday morning, I brought the car in and established that I would wait for the car. The waiting room was immaculate and had comfortable seating to pass the time with a book. I was able to see that my car was going up on a state-or-the-art lift to check out the brakes issue along with the regular service. Throughout my time there, Robert was collaborating on all of the work that was being done in his shop as well as arranging for transportation for locals who were dropping off and needed to get somewhere local. Once diagnosed, Robert brought and showed me the source of my brakes issue. Within the hour, I was fixed and able to be on my way. Every aspect of this business is top notch-- we finally have and will consider this our auto service shop in Cape Coral. We wish Robert good health and much success with this relatively new business as we have been looking for an excellent place to service our car."

"First off, I’ll start by saying that I never leave reviews unless the service is exceptional or horrible. Imported Car Service is the only place I’ll take my car to now for mechanical work. They fit me in on zero notice, fixed the issue immediately, and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. It’s worth noting that they took me in immediately when they were clearly busy with other vehicles as well, just because they knew I was in a pinch. Good, honest, people performing quality work. The waiting room is clean, and stocked with drinks and snacks too! I also had to use their other location (Collision Experts of Cape Coral) yesterday for some minor body work and gave the same review. Family owned businesses. This one does mechanical, the other body work, both amazing. So hard to find places like this in Cape Coral - honest, reliable, affordable. 10/10 recommend."
