"2 times I have bought the Works w/ 30 day unlimited. 2 times I was shorted. I have one car on an account and another I did the works. Paid, went thru. Tried to go could day later no luck. I chalked it up to incompetence. 2nd time same thing. Doesn’t seem right. Seems like false advertising."

"We drove all the way from Punta Gorda to go to the Halloween Car wash. We had been going to the Tommy on Sumner to enjoys this since they started doing it & always had a fantastic experience. This year they switch to this location & it was a bust. There was no one scaring cars as they pulled in paid & waited to get wash. There was literally no on in the tunnel jumping out & scarring as you were getting washed. It was just like a normal everyday wash. All worker gathered at end of tunnel & tried scaring but you saw all 6 of them so nothing to be scared of. Everyone had the same light up mask so you always saw them. No scary clowns no jack the killers nothing actually scary. It was a huge disappointment. My kids were extremely upset that it was a total waste of time. We won't be back."

"Was told my truck was too dirty for their car wash. Went across the street to 7/11, paid $8, and had my truck spotless in 5 minutes at a quarter of the price. Will be using gas station car washes from now on without a second thought."

"I really hate to review Tommys but here’s the good first. The young lady that was the cashier yesterday was super sweet. The place was really clean and they don’t use a track to pull your car in which is a plus for lowered cars. Overall it did a pretty sweet job except for the front end and it didn’t remove much of anything. The vacuum were really strong, the width between the cars was great so leaving by a door or two open while cleaning was no problem. Here’s where I had the issue and to me it’s the most important. I went to where the staff was in the office to ask for tire dressing that I didn’t get on mine after buying “The Works”. I talked to the manager and he said they don’t have any I could put on, the wash already did it at the end. I politely told him it didn’t, he never offered to look at my dry tires, didn’t say that he needed to check it out to make sure there wasn’t an issue…nothing. So as other cars drove through in the 30 min I was there, you’d think one car would’ve had tire dressing but none. I run a business, a Harley Davidson shop and customer service is number one, it shows you really care about everyone that spends hard earned money. Sometimes you need to care a bit more to satisfy them but in the end they refer ppl in, they spend money and with you they have a nice clean car. I’m gonna try another location but am canceling my monthly subscription for now. It’s the simple things that make a difference…"

"I've been a loyal customer here, for a couple years, bringing my vehicles and paying every month for my Tommy's membership. Never had an issue. This morning, their car wash knocked out the illuminating bowtie on my 2021 Blazer RS. I reached out to Tommy's customer support and the site manager, Anthony Lorenz, neither one cares to do anything to try and make this right. Cancelling my membership. Very disappointed and my beautiful vehicle is damaged now, Tommy's doesn't deserve loyal business."
