"Tried to cancel order fully paid with eta end of month. First no cancelation option and then a restocking fee not stated anywhere in the invoice that I have to take a picture because they were out of ink to print one for me. From the beginning didn't feel right not even taxes charged. Now we wait for the credit card charge back."

"I purchased a white shaker cabinet set from Abc and did the order and we tried to lay it out for about an hour. She was very busy so the measurements came out wrong which is fine. I am a contractor, so I receive my cabinets reasonably quick they build them once my installer got to the job we realize we had 4 cabinets too many so my installer went back and explain to them that we have too many cabinets. They took them back in and said they would give me the right cabinets. They told me they would be in the following day or the next day I have called four times leaving messages with someone that keeps telling me they’re going to call me back which they don’t. This is the job that needs to be finished because I’m waiting for the carpet layers and I’m going on vacation so this morning I go in and she’s on the phone immediately hyper as usual. She says “I’m on the phone” and I have said I understand but you were supposed to call me back four different times, so it escalated from there into an argument and then another guy walked out from the back and I explain to him what was going on. He took some notes and the boss was supposed to call me back which he didn’t. I had called the sells girl 4 times and every time she was hateful . I just feel like this is an ongoing problem with other people and I don’t normally leave reviews usually I just let it go but because this escalated in such a problem once you purchase the product it’s like nobody wants to help you’ll be on that point I’m not the only one I talk to somebody else about the same thing and for me the credit on the cabinets I would’ve just let it ride until the next kitchen but I won’t be doing business with them again."

"If you order special vanities know that they can take 6-9 weeks. Good thing our project got delayed. Lee did a great job trying to find out how long it would take. Catherine asked just the right questions to find out what we would like. Being special ordered it took longer than we thought. Other than a few blemishes they look beautiful. Will post pics once bathrooms are finished."

"Fort Myers ABC Liquidation team is absolutely amazing! We purchased in Fort Myers July 2022, renovated our home, then moved in and one-week later Hurricane Ian flooded us 4 feet and we lost everything. We went to a few competitors and chose ABC Liquidators, sat down and put the order thru. The cabinets are high quality wood and colors match perfect for what we were looking for. Though our order had delays due to backorders and shipping (which I might add is happening everywhere as we are still waiting for furniture, appliances and doors ordered last fall), it was worth the wait. Our kitchen, bar and living room cabinets are beautiful. Kudos to everyone that went the extra mile to work with us - they truly take the team effort to serve their clients. We recommend them and can't begin to thank this team enough for their service"
